Rich, relevant experience in financial services and at the front of the class ensure a high-quality, memorable learning experience. Skits, role-play, costumes, props and activities make lessons fun, authentic and engaging while participants learn money basics that will benefit them for life.
Money School Canada’s expertise is in bringing face-to-face financial literacy educational programs to young people and their parents. Money School Canada facilitators are not volunteers – they are experts in the field of personal finance, experienced working in classrooms with students of all ages, and skilled at translating money mumbo jumbo and jargon into plain-language that students can understand and relate to. Our experiential teaching approach ensures benefit to all students, including auditory, visual, ESL and kinesthetic learners, regardless of starting aptitudes.
Thousands and thousands of students have participated in the Moneyi$t program since it was introduced in 2010. Our track record speaks for itself with an average student satisfaction rating of 8+ out of 10, an average teacher satisfaction rating of 9.1 and, on average, student financial literacy knowledge assessment scores improve by +32% over the starting benchmarks.
